You begin the session prone on pregnancy pillows for the first half while massage is performed. Second half of the session, client turns to a semi reclining position where the neck, shoulders, arms, hips, legs and feet are massaged. Relieves back, muscle and joint pain, sciatica, leg cramps, headaches and reduce swelling and promotes blood circulation.

Therapeutic Massage
The purpose of a therapeutic massage is to reach the deeper muscle tissues. It is used to break up scar tissue and physically breakdown muscle ¨knots¨ or adhesions that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limiting range of motion and inflammation.

Postpartum Massage
Can be given on an ongoing basis to help ease backaches, stress, fatigue, headaches, postpartum depression. Added abdominal massage aides in returning uterus and other internal organs back in place. It can also help with minimizing cesarean section scarring.

Scar Massage
Scar massage is beneficial for any surgical incision. After cesarean section delivery, the scar can be painful, cause poor muscle recruitment in the abdominal wall and cause adhesions that prevent healthy movement of the organs in the pelvic region.

Abdominal Massage
The initial appointment is where we discuss symptoms. Client receives the castor oil pack & hot water bottle.
A series of techniques performed on the abdomen. Session starts with client supine with a castor oil pack and hot water bottle on the abdomen for 15 minutes. During this time the client chooses either having their neck/shoulders or feet massaged. After fifteen (15) minutes time, we begin by massaging the abdomen.

Fertility Massage
Fertility Massage is a specialized treatment, in that is done at a specific time during the menses cycle and for a period of a week to ten (10) days.
Treatment begins the 1st day after your menstrual cycle ends and we continue work until ovulation begins. Fertility is a series of massage techniques over the abdomen used to promote proper blood flow, loosen any adhesions/scar tissue within the reproductive organs. In your first treatment you will be provided with a castor oil pack and hot water bottle.
